Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Services:

Comprehensive medical and behavioral therapies are offered to individuals in a residential component. The program provides a full range of services including community inclusion, work opportunities, residential living, and therapeutic interventions. This program also interfaces closely with agency Medical and Mental Health Services to address the comprehensive needs of both older adults and young adults with complex disabilities.

Adult Residential Services:

These supports are provided in group homes, single-family homes, apartment complexes and numerous supported arrangements throughout the community. Supports for people living independently are provided based on their level of need. People are assisted in developing skills aimed at moving into other settings that would allow them greater opportunities to live a more independent lifestyle.

Respite Services:

Temporary residential service is provided to service recipients when the full-time caregiver is unavailable or in need of relief.
