We have very flexible scheduling offering full and part time employment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have 8 and 16-hour shifts in the day, evening, weekends, and midnights. Our pay schedule is bi-weekly. We have convenient locations all over Bradley County with more than 40 work sites.

Employment Requirements
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
All positions require proof of successful completion of high school (Diploma) or equivalence (GED)
Pre-employment background checks, including work history, personal references, motor vehicle history, and criminal history will be researched for all potential employees. Life Bridges cannot hire you if you have more than 3 violations on your driving history within a 2-year period.
Employment will be contingent upon results of drug and alcohol testing.
Most positions require the employee to have a current valid Tennessee driver’s license and to have held a valid driver’s license for three (3) years. Some positions require a Class F endorsement on the driver’s license. Applicant will be informed during interview if the position requires the endorsement.
