David Fair retired as City President of Regions Bank. He currently serves on the boards of the Cleveland Bradley Business Incubator, Cleveland Health Education and Facilities Board and Cleveland Industrial Bond Board. He is past chairperson of the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce and on the Executive Committee of the United Way of  the Ocoee Region. He is past President of Cleveland Country Club and Cleveland Sertoma Club.  Mr. Fair is also a member of First Baptist Church and is married to Marcia P. Fair.
