Ken Webb Biography
Ken Webb retired from Cleveland Utilities in 2016 after serving as CFO for 26 years and CEO for 3 years. Upon his election in 2018 for a 4-year term, he serves as an at large member of the Cleveland City Council. He held an active license as a Certified Public Accountant up until his retirement when he chose inactive status.

He is a 1976 graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College where he serves a member of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, he is the Board Secretary of the Holston Foundation. He and his wife Dianne have two daughters and four grandchildren and are members of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
Ken’s spouse, Dianne, influenced the creation of a new name for the agency: Life Bridges.
